Florida A&M hoops to take on Albany State Wednesday night

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. –– The Rattlers are set to host Albany State for their second straight home game Wednesday night as they look for their first win of the season.

Florida A&M Rattlers
The Rattlers enter the game after playing Pac-12’s Oregon tough in their home opener last week. Coming into Wednesday’s game, the Rattlers have three players averaging 10+ PPG (K’Jei Parker – 13, Love Bettis – 13, Keith Lamar – 11.7). Parker and Lamar enter the game coming off 18-point outings versus Oregon. 

K’Jei Parker leads the Rattlers in minutes as he’s ranked 31st in the nation at 35:49 minutes per game.

Albany State Rams
Albany State enters the game on a two-game winning streak, with their last win coming against Tuskegee 69-67. The Rams also have three players averaging 10+ PPG (Shakur Poteat – 14.6, Blaise Wallace – 13.2, Terin Wofford – 10). The Rams enter the game as one of the better defensive teams in Division II, ranking 55th in scoring defense and 23rd in three-point defense.
